Welcome friends of eKa Circle,

How did you go in your first week of identifying external attachments? Are you ready to shift some things?  🚀 🚀  🚀 Have you connected & shared your wins & your struggles in the group as a testimonial for others?

This week we start with movement, an integral part of shifting energy. Learning to resist physically instead of emotionally is key! So get ready to dive in & make an INCREDIBLE difference; next week we will learn how to sustain our energy with wiser choices in food. 💃🏽

Please replay the course daily for the next 7 days & jot down what comes up intuitively. I have included a meditation to assist you with planting “seeds” in your subconscious mind. We are going to QUANTUM LEAP & start working from the collective field as a community!
