Hi eKa Circle,
Was just driving in the car- I hear a lot there! What I was downloading was what I might see as the “obvious” it is a simple explanation of this word I use often- that word is CONSCIOUS.
So what does conscious actually mean?Β What does it look like to be a “consciousness coach?”Β Does being conscious actually help one heal? Will collective healing heal the environment? I am a big believer it all starts with us…unconscious mindset loves to blame. Hold the mirror up though – we are all reflecting some sort of pain and toxic grumbling. It seems we get what we give…we get the system the majority craves; then we blame the system, expecting leadership from most often complete and utter unconscious leaders. It is all rather crazy when you can see it! A vicious cycle of pontius pilot washing his hands sadly. It is the collective that rules- fragmented, divided, oblivious of another’s kindness. Role models operating on the wrong team. When will we learn?
Consciousness is defined as individual awareness of your own thoughts, memories and sensations. Another definition for being conscious is to be AWAKE. Essentially consciousness is your recognition of yourself and YOUR WORLD around you. This is why I have the “catchphrase” for eKa – heal self, heal earth– and boy it does get tricky. People definitely have separate realities. You see you cannot heal or shift something out if you’re not consciously aware that it is there! Many do not have the courage even when their intuition is prompting. This is exactly why leviathan runs the system with all of that “collective” pride energy. When one thinks for the group the decision making is very different as we are challenged to be all inclusive as opposed to selfish. I will attempt to explain a few examples so that you see what I mean.
How does one identify what thoughts are there own? There are so many influencing factors just in case you didn’t know. While driving I thought of the example of the birth control pill that has been so accessible to this generation. Conscious thought is obviously “this helps me- I am in control, I can fit things into MY timeline, I can work or buy or save.”The collective has suffered as a result of individual decision making that became the collectives. Contamination of our natural waterways -high levels of estrogen in the fish which in turn affects the hormones in our men- declining fertility rates-even the changing of the woman’s brain to appear to be more like a man’s. I think you get my drift. The consequence of meddling has incredibly far reaching effects and we make these decisions programmed to achieve supposed happiness. Yet I fell pregnant on the pill and had I not, I may have not had children! I would have missed the joy and destiny of some special souls that the universe needed to be born. Life requires a relinquishing of control is what I am saying as we cannot be certain what is steering our decision making without being CONSCIOUS! Remember the body is merely the vessel for the spirit. Each one of us a piece of God.
Influencing Factors:
- group think
- trauma
- programming
- genetic
- belief systems
- environmental influence
- medications
- addictions
- lack of oxygen to the brain
- emotions that are stuck
- entities
This topic runs deep but I shall keep this blogpost simple if you would like to learn more please reach out. Most people are aware they require some kind of shadow- work on self to heal. Unpacking things that push triggers and reactions without consciously identifying what the root of that is. Yet most of our decision making is reactional. Our laws are made accordingly, it is actually called reactional law making. It’s a give the people what they want kind of stuff….now picture generations of humanity bound in trauma. Now observe the current shift as humanity is awakening.
For self one must consider:
- memory loss and learned responses due to trauma
- programming including family habits, culture, education, religious systems, music, movies, news and advertising
- health and lifestyle
- habits and patterns
- grief
- the self esteem scale and any unrealistic self evaluations
- one’s own personal level of self judgement
- the company one keeps
- boundaries or a lack of them
- covenants that ancestors may have made that affect us
This takes time. Yet as we start to unpack self, it is unavoidable to not notice some patterns- take genetics as one topic clearly written about by Yah in Exodus 34:6-7. Most may not have considered that what they are dealing with is much much bigger than what they can see. That our bodies, brains and bones hold a frequency of pain. A lot of what you may be feeling or dealing with may not even be yours! It may be collective, it may be ancestral. How does one process this- that is the question?
And yet the Spirit reveals the deep mysterious things required for clearing and healing.
You think you know what you want, need, believe- but then DO YOU??? And do you trust?
An unconscious mind does not consider the collective or the consequences of the immediate thought process. It is like driving the car on the freeway to a destination and not observing anything along the way. You just turned up…oblivious to what was around you. Sadly many journey their whole lives on this highway of amnesia.
Here are just a few examples:
- throwing rubbish on the ground
- stealing ( yes even looting or stockpiling in a crisis)
- judging another when you don’t know their journey
- road rage
- domestic violence
- using lots of chemicals to clean the house
- turning to medicate without any consideration to staying healthy in other practical ways
- turning to addiction instead of working on the release of the emotion
- ignoring someone homeless, poor or ill
- stepping over your colleagues to get the pay rise or the promotion
- farming using toxic chemicals
- cutting down the forests for greed
- overfishing the oceans
- cruelty to animals for profit and greed
- racism
- ignorance or mockery toward others belief systems
- forgetting to say thank you to someone that has helped you
The unconscious mind is a huge reservoir of thoughts, feelings, habits. urges and memories hidden from conscious awareness. The trick is to unlearn.
When one first learns to drive the driving is conscious; when we get to automating that task it becomes an operation of the subconscious mind. I have written before on the subconscious mind but this part of our brain is POWERFUL! Here is where the ego runs wild…the subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between real and pretend. This is the part of the mind that stays awake while one sleeps. Subconscious mind is so easily programmed against your will. The subconscious mind runs about 95% of your brain power. It is your data bank, it stores beliefs, previous memories, traumas and all the auto pilot skills you have learned. Subconscious mind responds to symbols that are in the advertising, logos and movies you watch. Symbols are so easily loaded with energy. So how will you decipher what is yours and what requires a reboot in your system? Is the human being the only piece of natures puzzle with this separation mindset from the whole big picture? We MUST begin to realise that whatever is cut off eventually dies from the organism.
Tapping into subconscious with the goal of healing:
- practise positive affirmations
- get back in tune with nature and all things natural
- place your identity in what Christ says about you not what you were programmed
- rely on the power of meditation and prayer
- manifest a new reality stream
- choose your friends wisely
- accept change and adapt to it
- never ignore your intuition
- work on shifting out lower frequency emotions (anger, rage, butterness, jealousy, fear)
- journal your dreams, anxieties and fears
- feed your creativity (what brought you joy as a child?)
- identify what is yours and what is collective or generational
- cut all energy cords that are not lifting you into a better state of consciousness
- stand in the gap for your dna line
It is interesting to observe this current shift of humanity when one understands the power of conscious thinking. Compassion must arise as we can see ourselves in others and cognitively recognise that “I was once like you.” I like to ask myself this question when a prickly situation arises “what happened to you poor soul to make you respond like this?” when I do that I tap into conscious thoughts of compassion for that person as opposed to letting my own fragile emotions rule. I pay grace forward.
So many of our cultural beliefs have not only separated us but made us incredibly selfish. All we can do though is consciously work on our own backyard and then go google the 100th monkey effect. I am grateful to you special soul for being cognitive enough to actually want to read this!Β Most people sadly enjoy their sleep state. We are after all energetic beings some have chosen to run ahead and clear the airwaves so that others can rise right behind you. A huge factor to considerΒ if you haven’t grasped this yet is that dark ones can steal consciousness (oops there’s that word again), throw it, manipulate and program it – then you have a little research to do. It is time to take our consciousness back as a collective. We have been captivated by the “fake,”Β stuck in a reality stream that isn’t even real. What an insult to the creator that made us collectively and magnificently perfect in His image to be ONE.
If you would like a conscious coaching session please book a time here that suits you. Unpacking my own unconscious thinking has proved to be so meaningful as it has helped many others do the same. For that I give thanks.
“seated in the heavenlies…ephesians 2:6”Β
Higher thoughts.
Higher mindsets.
A closed mind learns nothing.
The quickest way to shift the collective is to shift what is in yourself.
The droughts broken, the Spirit is flowing…catch those waters from above.
