Hey eKa CIRCLE,
It’s so interesting to me how the Spirit flows in themes, it might start with an impression- then synchronicity. Todays pattern with client chats is about what you choose to feed- yes that is what grows.
So the analogy of Yah as a farmer is not accidental. Then you are instructed to farm well too as a follower… alas most attempt the farming and tending to others before they have farmed within themselves. Consider eyes on another a distraction- like driving watching the car behind you. I cannot change you but I can change how I react to you.
Today I gathered just a handful of snow peas and spinach from my garden. I have never made time to tend a garden before, there is much to learn. Planting the seed is just the beginning, while seed is precious it does not guarantee a harvest… it is environment that makes a seed grow. The daily watering, feeding and protecting oh so important. These plants teach me spiritual lessons. What are you feeding your thoughts? Are you fencing them? We all have cycles that are repeated don’t we?
I like to think of words as seeds. They cut through your spirit like a sword and plant somewhere in you. Words accumulate as energy and each of your cells holds that frequency because water is conscious. Many ancient cultures link each organ to an emotional energy portal that links with each chakra point. That makes a lot of sense to me as the spine is the rod to conduct all energy in your temple body. Your electrical rod.
Yet the seed has no power unless you choose to feed it. Some seed is generational, trauma energies passed on through the bloodline. Some are spoken over us, most we speak over ourselves. This is why Yahushua came as the Word, the light, the tree of life to offer a new grafting into a higher dna shift. Our minds need a literal reprogramming, a new meditation, a new song, a higher frequency. A clearing of negative emotional energy. A fencing in with pure LIGHT energy.
Many look to others to see if they can fix them, sometimes in that process we are a watering or feeding a disfunction. For most it is distraction- so much easier to see another’s problem than look inward and own your own. Sadly whole industries perpetuate this cycle; pharmakeia became a replacement farmer identifying as Apollo- root words bring a lot of discernment. Look for the patterns in words the same way as for your feelings. If patterns are repeating without improvement then you mustΒ reflect on how you are part of that cycle and adjust it. Remember that words are spiritual swords.
This is the reflection of this complicated gardening process, the pruning of your own emotional blockages. You manifest what you meditate on. In short that leads to epigenetics. Focussing just on a problem actually makes it grow as a stronghold. Corpus Christi modelled this programing effectively while singing a wretch like me! Even a pruning will not help as we can observe with the process of gardening when it is the root that is hidden that is rotten. That requires a painful digging up. Internal inspection and action.
If we can comprehend this we will give thanks to those that come to prickle us- it should hasten the process for some weeding on our inside. First test it. Don’t pull the weed up straight away, one must first be sure it is a weed. Watch for the patterns and for what is stealing your strength. You are either part of the problem or you are part of solution. This takes a lot of reflection as the heart deceives us. Ask yourself “what am I getting out of this pattern or this dance?” Be brutally honest with yourself- journaling helps.
So hidden energies in us under the guise of emotion are light frequencies. The purest forms of emotion are frequencies of higher light (peace, joy, love) but lower forms (guilt, shame, fear) are darker and they vibrate at a much lower rate. Energy attracts energy and so what you are attracting is often what needs weeding out within you. Your thoughts influence and create the mass you see, matter is simply energy- your intention produces your reality stream. You are made in God’s image, therefore thinking and speaking is creating. What is preoccupying your thought patterns daily? Aim for pulling in subconscious thoughts into conscious thinking. The subconscious mind is a reservoir tank of feelings.
If one can comprehend this we can actually thank the darkness for presenting what requires our characters elevation. Will you create with lower frequency or lift it up to pure light energy? Others that prickle me are showing me what needs some work. Recognise your triggers. A trigger is a word, event, person, smell or an experience that set off an emotional reaction. They are not always negative yet the term is usually used to describe negative stimuli that set off sadness, fear, hurt, shame or despair. When we are triggered this way it sets our bodies to engage in survival response, that is not sustainable long term.
How to manage negative emotional triggers:
- stop
- breathe
- notice
- reflect
- pray
- respond
Fibonacci patterns happen in order for us to learn the lesson. If we can process hidden emotion we will be less inclined to project onto another and better equipped to set a loving boundary. A fenced garden is beautifully protected then.
What changes could you make intentionally for the conscious pruning of your own root issues? What emotions can you identify and release?
love & light
