Hello eKa CIRCLE
I just finished prepping some green juice, a nut butter and a lentil curry and was thinking to chat today about the importance of protein for healing absolutely EVERYTHING in the body. So what is the hype about protein lately? Women have taken to rolling their faces with spiked rollers to prick the skin, collagen sales are through the roof, paleo diets more popular than ever. What does protein actually do in the body? The blood is light; the green leaf is light – the plasma is the nitrogen. As a lightbeing you may understand that plasma and your blood is what this is all about! For your blood is in fact operating in a state of slowed down light. Now I am certainly no expert in science, but the Spirit does speak to me in great riddles and when I research them I can see patterns. A pattern is what I will attempt to share today for you to ponder.
I am going to say something radical as a practised vegetarian for the last 33 years- if you are not going to prep your own protein rich foods from scratch (put in the work) as a vegetarian or vegan you may well do better continuing to eat organic grass fed meat for your healing. As the animal is eating the light for you- this is assuming they are grazing as animals should do.
Our spiritual walk is indeed similar, you need to put in the work. Ego says I know all; humility says we will learn these mysteries together. Some of us need another being to chew the green grass for us this I will equate to the work of a lightworker.
The proteins required for the body for all types of healing require natural unprocessed greens and LOTS of them mixed with seeds, nuts and legumes- this just cannot be supplemented with synthesized meat substitute products that the body does not recognise as natural source food. The amino acids are the building blocks because they contain nitrogen. It is nitrogen that allows for the cycle of life- death literally brings life.
Oh the mysteries of God.
Protein:
- reduces hunger and stops food cravings
- increases muscle mass and strength
- good for your bones
- boosts metabolism and increases fat burning
- lowers your blood pressure
- helps maintain weight loss
- does not harm healthy kidneys
- increases wound healing
- builds collagen to prevent aging
When we dig a little into the symbol for nitrogen within the body we see in ancient hebrew it is the symbol Hey. The fifth letter of the alpha- bet. It is part of the ancient name of God so no wonder it brings healing- Yod Hey Vav Hey. In the ancient pictograph this symbol looks like a tree or a man holding his hands up and translates as look or behold, door, portal, heart and yet so much more as ancient languages are so much more complex! According to the mystics Hey represents the divine breath, revelation and the light. This is mentioned five times on the first day of creation. On a spiritual level that corresponds to…
The five levels of the soul:
- nefesh- instincts
- ruach- emotions
- neshamah- mind
- chayah- bridge to transcendance
- yechidah-oneness
If you want to keep digging you will see that the ancient language sanskrit led to the creation of the periodic table to which the word eka connects to. Like all ancient languages one word does not mean just one thing, instead it unpacks patterns of sacred geometry. Eka is exactly this. It should be recognised that most brilliant minds studied sanskrit in the 19th century. To assume ancients knew less than us is just not logical. The term eka element is used for elements not yet discovered or synthesized. When one understands that eka also means ONE, consciousness and links to God, man and the elements- I begin to have an aha moment and want to learn more about all of this. Consider that we are created from these eka elements of earth, fire, wind, water, metal for the Spirit of God to dwell in.
Now regardless of our backgrounds or belief systems I think we can agree that we need the LIGHT to bring healing into these areas of our entire being. If these are symbolised as nitrogen. It is not that difficult to see the glue that holds you together is in the sacred name of YHVH. The breath & the light is the glue that brings your cellular structure great healing. These concepts can be better understood using sacred geometry.
Have a look at the geometry fractal that is called laminin in the body- science calls it a very large protein; that comprises as three proteins that form a cross that allow bridging between the cells. This is the tree of life that I often speak of. You divine being are made in Yahs image and we need the bridge (the tree of life), the glue to reconnect again to the dna so that we can rise higher to heavenly realms. This is mirrored again in the energy centred chakra system with the door being the bridge between heaven and earth. Heaven is our head and heart is the body- as above, so below. The temple body on earth which is mind blowingly the same shape as the laminin; folds up to be a cube. This was used as the blueprint for solomon’s temple and once again not only reveals laminin it is also the shape of the human body.
So this is why the priests ate the lamb leg- a shadow of things to come…the Lamb, the sacrifice, the gift and now the laminin is shifting in your very dna. The 123 of perfect unity and strength. The light is flooding in now to shift our dna back to a higher vibrational healing state to receive and give out that same unconditional love that was given over to us.This is the three cord rope that ancient scrolls speak of. If you can die to self and ego and receive heavens love freely then that love miraculously flows out to heal the others that are all around you for we are energetically one; made in YHVH’s image. Modelled to us by the lamb, the word, the light. Heaven’s love must spill over as it physically cannot be contained. So whatever your background or belief system today please help call in the light in this current season of change- the schumann resonance is definitely responding to our collective consciousness. Unity is required for the pouring out of the restorative Spirit that flows through absolutely everything that is living. Only as we seek unity as the body, will the deep mysteries of Heavens mind be revealed.
For those here just for some vego inspo here is my lentil curry recipe. It is quick, budget friendly and packed full of beautiful life source plant protein for healing. If you want to add some lamb to this I still love you; just cook it for a wee bit longer.
