I would like to talk about the energy relationship we all have with food. Often this is a deeply rooted subconscious journey until we look at the motivations behind our food choices and the emotions that we are running in when we choose them.
Eating low frequency foods will lower our vibration. Energetically food is impacting us. Low frequency foods will lower our mood, we will often feel frustrated, irritated, depressed or out of sorts. You literally are what you eat on a cellular level.
Understanding emotions and frequencies helps us make wiser decisions for our temple bodies. Enlightenment sits at 700+ the greatest expansion of energy, joy sits at 540 and is expansive- while anger sits at 150 and falls to contraction. Just to show you a few examples. Could it be that when we are running in trapped unresolved energy we then gravitate to a lower frequency food fix?
I am only speaking on frequency today in food choices; this doesn’t even touch on nutrients, electrical energy, alkaline/ acidic or positive and negative ions.
When making food choices each day it is just as important to observe the energy connection with each food group as it is to try to choose things for good nutrition. We gravitate to frequencies in food groups due to our own natural frequencies. Let me give you an example- you have had a great session of prayer, meditation and a workout and you will gravitate to healthy choices in food groups like clean protein, fruit and salads because you feel good. When you have an argument with someone and it is unresolved you might gravitate more easily to a cheeky snack that you feel is comforting. Here is something to consider though. Not only is the food offering you a frequency but you are giving the food one right back…so even if a healthy choice is made with the wrong intention it is vibrating that frequency right into your cells. A smoothie running in the frequency of guilt or self loathing is not as healing as one that says self love and honour to the temple body that you are. This is where our thoughts and words are so powerful as sovereign beings.We need to think and speak life into every mouthful by blessing and giving thanks.This is love energy- and with the right intent and right food group it is love as a two way exchange.
All of nature is listening to your cues!
So what is your relationship with food like? A food journal will help. Don’t just journal what you eat and when.Include how you are feeling for each meal and snack. It takes conscious thinking to break a habit. It may also take some accountability with someone that you trust. When you understand this concept you will understand true weightloss comes with self love and nurture not with a diet. It is a completely different motivation, a completely different energy. the opposite relationship to your food source you will see it as your friend not as the curse.
In my sound healing sessions I like to take people back to past memories that often have them trapped. We observe the emotion, who is linked to the memory and what forgiveness needs to be released. It is not unusual for food to be used in childhood to silence, bribe, groom or reward for a manipulative purpose. Then often in a strange way food (one of our basic needs) gets caught up in the wheel of disfunction, instead of being the substance and nurture that we need it to be. Food should be joyous, food is life; natural food actually replenishes light!
Food builds memories good and bad. It is why Yahushua uses the banquet feast as a symbol of the bride. It is meant to be a celebration of love. Complete with the cup of wine which is a symbol of being drunk in the love of the Spirit. Yet we are still unpacking the memory of a bad date night. It is all association.
Food holds frequency that is why a simple meal made with love tastes so great!
Why then have we become a generation that gravitates to manufactured fast food that offers ingredients that our bodies do not recognise and substances that we cannot pronounce. Advertising uses programming with sound and symbols to manipulate the subconscious mind. They cleverly associate food with emotion. I would say it has proved rather successful to the detriment of humanity.
Fasting is a great way to shift the frequency for this. To die to anything you struggle with is always going to help. Unless you are struggling with eating disorders that actually don’t want to eat- this is already the root of control and the food has become the object that can be controlled when everything else feels out of control. So that will require a different approach. We are such beautifully complex beings; all on our own unique journey.
So here is my question to you today is- what is your relationship with food like? What is your relationship with self like? That is a great place to start. You are not your emotions, let those emotion flow right through you and rise higher to a healing place.
