I don’t intend for this to be a long piece or in any way information overload; to be fair each topic probably warrants its own post. My goal is to give a quick check list of how you can care for your temple body better in this realm so that the emotional and the spiritual fall into place as a result of being able to hear the Spirit clearly. This is light body activation. Self love starts with you; no matter what your journey has been.
Print this checklist out and place it somewhere you can see it daily.

Daily Wellbeing Checklist:
- Movement– energy & emotion must flow. Clap and jump to shift any negative energy.
- Water– speak life into your water before you drink it. I am healed, I am love, I am peace. Stay hydrated.
- Green food– chlorophyll is your best friend. Avoid processed foods, toxic oils, chemicals and substance abuse.
- Smell– heals neural pathways and helps capture happier memories; use natural products only.
- Speak life– over yourself, over others- every cell is listening.
- Ground– shoes off on the grass everyday to raise your hz frequency.
- Create– find your joy, it often links to what made you happy as a child. Create and embrace your uniqueness.
- Stretch– child’s pose is a way of activating the third eye. To surrender is everything, realise you are not the source but rather Source’s pot.
- Take short naps-this will shift brainwave activity.
- Breathe– 19 deep breaths in through the nose, hold 4-7 seconds and out through the mouth; lights up the whole brain. Take time to stop and rest.
- Love yourself– your actions and words will reflect this. Prioritise so that you can love others to the best of your ability.
- Binaural beats– use hz frequencies to heal each cell and organ.
- Pray– it looks different for everyone but to trust in divine power is life changing. Rise early to do this your spirit is stronger when the body is weak.
- Bath– salt baths affect ions, they cleanse, heal, shift dark energy and relax every muscle. Finish with a cold shower to get white blood cells multiplying.
- Chase the light in everyway– get some sunlight everyday, use crystal energy, green smoothies and juice for plant life energy. Call in the light from God Source – the ether every single day; visualise that light wrapping your whole body completely.
- Cut out -all petrochemicals and manmade fragrance; they lower your frequency. Keep things natural.
- Journal- keep track of your feelings. Forgiveness matters for your healing walk, it’s not even about the other person. Don’t forget daily gratitude this is how you attract better things.
- Limit time- with anything, anyone that pulls you down and with devices; turn them off intentionally.
- Meditate– This can look different for different people there are so many ways. Choose something that works for you and just relax into that daily. A designated space or place makes this a little easier.
- Declutter your space– environment is a fractal of your body.
