hello eKa CIRCLE
A few of us gathered together for this recent new moon season to pray, meditate and usher in good things for 2020 and I made this bread for us, I try to make it every week. One of the girls asked me to share the recipe. Bread of life is everything and the symbolism runs deep in so many cultures for body mind and spirit. And it’s delicious!
Flat bread is very easy to make and you can add whatever flavours you like. Today I used rosemary which symbolises cleansing, smoked salt which is delicious, it symbolises a covenant of friendship. Salt is also a symbol against bitterness and un-forgiveness. Olive oil symbolises Spirit and healing, water also symbolises Spirit for re-creation. Even the flax seed I used is a symbol for light activation in the dna hence the link to linen and how vibrational activity happens better through that natural fibre. All great things for our new 2020 year. You can add any seeds you like or not. The bread is equally as delicious plain. Tweak the recipe to use what you have or like. The basics are only flour, olive oil, salt and water. Just add fire from the oven and you have the building blocks of life. Gates are open earth, air, fire and water. You are the temple. May you be blessed this new year.
No waste tip – keep the baking paper you use on the baking tray, you can reuse it over and over for this recipe.
Hope you enjoy this recipe.
