Hello eKa CIRCLE
Today I’d love to share how easy it is to make some magnesium bath salts. There are many benefits to salt activation for body, mind and spirit. The minerals such as magnesium, potassium and calcium in Himalayan salt alone are the very minerals we are deplete of in the foods that we eat.
Have you ever heard of the Davidic salt covenant? Salt in a spiritual sense is linked to an offering and friendship for a priest-line. I find that incredibly interesting considering our bodies are a temple. Science now backs this ancient principle in that the cell actually requires salt to activate light. On a vibrational level that is some amazing information linking ancient knowledge and modern day science.
Don’t use just any salt though. Use unprocessed salt that still has the natural minerals intact. Himalayan salt is made from crystals of salt and is unadulterated and is said to release negative ions that enhance emotional and physical health. Salt has been used in many cultures as a precious commodity to preserve, trade and heal. Prophets placed it in the waterways. Ghandi used salt to assist his people toward independence over British rule.
I encourage you to do some study on the benefits of unadulterated salt- there are many.
The eKa CIRCLE dream is to build a community of like minded people that share ancient knowledge to bring about healing on many levels. Our goal is a trade platform for information and products. If you enjoyed this post please share it.

To make this very simple bath salt for light activation here is what you will need:
eKa BATHSALTS
2 cups of Himalayan salt
2 cups of epsom salts (magnesium sulphate)
2 tbs finely chopped fresh rosemary
10 drops of frankincense essential oil
10 drops of myrrh essential oil
10 dops of lavender essential oil
5 drops of rosemary essential oil
Mix the ingredients together and pour into airtight glass jars to store. Coloured glass is recommended for anything that has essential oils as light affects the oils.
Naturally you can use any oils or herbs you like, I have chosen these for ultimate relaxation.
