Morning eKa CIRCLE,

So we are really starting to get serious now with introductions and believe it or not I (M) needed some coaching for this! Even after decades of styling the extrovert in me becomes quite shy in front of a camera. #FACT- I much prefer behind the scenes. Priscila is much more experienced in front of the camera.

Yet last week photographer Jorge Rivera made the whole process incredibly hilarious and humbly I think the results speak for themselves.

These eKa portraits were inspired exactly as we would any other CIRCLE creative process. It’s simple really- we co-create! We bounce ideas about then leave it to the professional – all without manipulation and control! And guess what?

Magic happens!

So the 3 words that I briefed Jorge with for the shoot were natural, prism, and rainbow. I think you will agree the results are stunning. The lighting set up was simply beyond our expectations resulting in so many great shots to choose from that we needed his help to edit them. We shared snacks, wardrobe, dance moves and laughs. We helped each other with hair and makeup and really had a fun afternoon. Jorge had the music cranking and even those of us not so comfortable in front of the camera enjoyed the creative process.

Oh and for those that know me (M) it is pretty funny that I have by default taken on the task of being the eKa blogger LOL
