Yesterday my neighbour brought me in a generous bag of divine little rays of sunshine - it is tarragon and he drinks it as a tea. The flowers and petals can also be used in salads. The leaves in savoury foods like casseroles, roast chicken dishes and salad dressings. It is delicious.

I got to dehydrating the bulk of it to save for later.
